Questions you don’t feel confident answering. Simple tasks that drag on. Providers whose responsibilities you can’t quite pin down. These are usually signs that something in the plan’s setup is off.
In a free 30-minute call, Courtenay Shipley will help you take a closer look at what’s happening, where it may be coming from, and what to review first.

Where it starts to feel harder than it should
Problems like these usually start upstream, in how the plan is set up and who is responsible for what. Patching the latest issue leaves the source in place.
Does any of this sound familiar?
Someone asks you a plan question, and you’re not sure the answer you’re giving is right.
A regulation changes, you read the long notice from your provider, and it raises more questions than it answers.
You call for clarification and get a different answer from everyone you talk to, or you're told they can’t give advice.
Your provider tells you when something is due, then leaves the work (and the judgment calls) to you.
Simple things, like a payroll correction or a new hire’s eligibility, take far longer than they should.
You assume a provider is handling something, but nobody can show you where that’s written down.
Your vendors do the work.
You’re still responsible for how the plan runs.
Recordkeepers, payroll providers, and advisors each handle a piece of your plan. As the employer, you’re responsible for choosing those providers, monitoring them, and making sure the plan operates the way your plan document says it should.
Meanwhile, the rules keep changing, your company keeps growing, and the plan gets more complicated every year. You already have your own regulations to keep up with, and your attention needs to go elsewhere in the business. The responsibility gets easier to carry when you know who handles what and where you are actually needed.
You don’t need to have the problem figured out before we talk.
During your free consultation, we’ll:
Talk through what feels harder than it should.
Tell us where questions are piling up, where things are slow, and where you’re getting conflicting answers.
Look at your process and your vendors.
We’ll ask who handles what, what’s documented, and what has changed as your company has grown.
Identify the likely source and what to review first.
You’ll leave with a clearer idea of where the problem may be coming from, what to look at next, and whether - or not - Retirement Planology could help.
No presentation to prepare. No plan documents to gather.
Take a closer look, starting with one conversation.
What clients say changed

“No vested interest in steering us one way or another. You just tell us what the options are.”
Required disclosure: e.g., “Statements are from current clients of Retirement Planology, Inc. No compensation was provided. Individual experiences may vary.” Confirm final wording with compliance.
